Napoli manager Rudi Garcia has expressed his concern over the absence of Victor Osimhen due to his recent injury setback. Osimhen sustained a thigh injury while on international duty and returned to Naples last weekend.
Reports suggest that the powerful striker could be sidelined for around four to six weeks.
Garcia acknowledged the challenge of coping without the 24-year-old, stating, “We need all our players fit and ready to play, and Osimhen’s absence is a significant loss for the team. He is an important player for us, and we must find a solution in his absence.”
Osimhen has been in fine form, scoring eight goals in 10 appearances across all competitions for Napoli this season.
