Former Liverpool star Luis Garcia recently expressed his preference for Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe over Manchester City’s Erling Haaland during a quick-fire interview with Goal India.
When asked to choose between the two prolific forwards, Garcia promptly picked Mbappe.
Mbappe, celebrated for his 231 goals with PSG and 46 goals representing France, holds a strong reputation as one of the world’s finest players. As captain of France, he’s notably secured a World Cup victory.
Meanwhile, Haaland had a successful run with Manchester City, securing a treble in the 2022/2023 season following his move from Borussia Dortmund for a reported €60 million. He notably scored 52 goals in 53 appearances and achieved second place in the 2023 Ballon d’Or power ranking, just behind Messi.
