Europa League Group winners, runners-up, third-place teams confirmed [Full list]. The group stage of the Europa League for this season was finished on Thursday night.

Feyenoord and Roma celebrated reaching the round of 16, as Manchester United and Arsenal both won their matches.


Fenerbahçe (TUR), Ferencváros (HUN), Feyenoord (NED), Freiburg (GER), Real Betis (ESP), Real Sociedad (ESP), and Union SG were the group winners (BEL)

They all go straight through to the Round of 16 of the Europa League.

Manchester United (ENG), Midtjylland (DEN), Monaco (FRA), Nantes (FRA), PSV Eindhoven (NED), Rennes (FRA), Roma (ITA), and Union Berlin finished second in their respective groups (GER)

They are all eligible for the play-offs in the elimination round. One of the eight clubs who were demoted from the UEFA Champions League will be their opponent.

AEK Larnaca (CYP), Bod/Glimt (NOR), Braga (POR), Lazio (ITA), Ludogorets (BUL), Qaraba (AZE), Sheriff (MDA), and Trabzonspor are the teams who finished in third place (TUR).

In the knockout round play-offs, they will all meet the group winners from that tournament from the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Ajax (NED), Barcelona (ESP), Juventus (ITA), Leverkusen (GER), Salzburg (AUT), Sevilla (ESP), Shakhtar Donetsk (UKR), and Sporting CP are the third-placed teams from the Champions League group stage that have been confirmed to compete in the Europa League knockout round play-offs (POR).
