EPL Chelsea close to signing Santos. Chelsea and Vasco de Gama are nearing an agreement on a $13 million transfer for midfielder Andrey Santos.
Le10 Sport claims that Chelsea has moved rapidly to complete a deal to capture Santos in the January transfer window, barring a last-minute change of heart from the 18-year-old.
According to the report, Barcelona and Newcastle United have also been keeping an eye on the 18-year-old Santos, who has been under observation by Paris Saint-Germain for a number of months.
