CAF revealed its Men’s Best XI for the year during the CAF Awards ceremony held on Monday night, showcasing the top talents in African football.
Victor Osimhen of Nigeria, honored as the Player of the Year, spearheads the attacking lineup alongside Mohamed Salah from Egypt and Senegal’s Sadio Mane.
The midfield comprises Ghanaian duo Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus, alongside Sofyan Amrabat from Morocco and André-Frank Zambo Anguissa representing Cameroon.
The defensive lineup showcases the talents of Achraf Hakimi from Morocco, Senegal’s Kalidou Koulibaly, and Chancel Mbemba of Congo.
Completing the lineup is Andre Onana, the goalkeeper from Cameroon and Manchester United star.
