Actress Ireti Doyle announces divorce from husband. Iretiola Olusola Doyle, a well-known actress and presenter from Nigeria, has officially declared her separation from veteran broadcaster Patrick Doyle.
We are officially divorced, Ireti said in an interview with well-known media personality Chude Jideonwo.
The actress clarified the misconception that she had her first kid at age 17 while exploring her life’s path. She claimed to be 19 years old.
Ireti highlighted that she had no business with marriage when she became a mother, going on to describe how she had experienced physical and domestic abuse as a youngster.
The reality is that I didn’t deserve to be married at that time, much less have a say in choosing my spouse, she stated.
The actress posted the interview footage to Instagram with the caption “We are officially divorced.”
The mother of four had left her husband and relocated to an apartment in Lagos’ Anthony Village.
