WSL Super Falcons defender, Plumptre out of action until 2023. Due to a hamstring injury, Ashleigh Plumptre, a defender with the Super Falcons, will be sidelined until 2023.
According to Plumptre’s Women’s Super League team, Leicester City, she could start playing again in January 2023.
In her absence, the Foxes faltered, losing to Chelsea 8-0 in their matchup last weekend.
Plumptre has appeared in each of Leicester City’s eight league games up until the match against Chelsea.
However, the 24-year-old has not yet activated her campaign goal account.
All nine of Leicester City’s games this season have ended in losses, placing them last in the WSL standings.
