World Cup Jack Grealish speaks on Foden having problem with England coach, Southgate

World Cup Jack Grealish speaks on Foden having problem with England coach, Southgate. Jack Grealish, a winger for England, has claimed that head coach Gareth Southgate has no issues with Phil Foden, a teammate.

Grealish made this statement prior to Tuesday’s World Cup match between England and Wales in Group B.

Foden has only played 19 minutes in the current World Cup, despite being a crucial member of the England team.

England’s goalless draw with the USA, when the Three Lions lacked originality, did not include Foden.

Grealish insists there is no problem between Foden and Southgate, though.

When I come on, it’s like, “Oh, he likes Jack now, who is it next?” People used to often remark, “Ah, he is got a problem with Jack,” last year or two ago. BBC Sport was told by Grealish.

“And then, I know, people were saying, ‘He doesn’t like Madders (James Maddison),’ and now that Madders is in, everything is okay with him, and then Phil didn’t play, so it’s like, ‘He’s got an issue with Phil,'” said the speaker.

He doesn’t have a conflict with anyone. He addresses everyone of us individually.

He is still the same way with Phil as he was with me when I came on or Harry Kane if you are not playing, like Phil wasn’t playing the other night.

He doesn’t have a conflict with anyone. You would be aware if he did have an issue with someone.
