U- 20 AFCON Flying Eagles tackle Danish Football Academy in friendly. Today at the FIFA Goal Project Football Field in Abuja, the Nigerian U-20 team, the Flying Eagles, will play a friendly match against the Danish Football Academy.
This would be Ladan Bosso’s team’s first practice match since they began camping in Abuja in preparation for the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
As the squad continues to prepare for the competition, more friendly games are anticipated.
The Flying Eagles last competed in May, defeating neighboring Benin Republic 3-1 in the WAFU B Tournament final.
Egypt will host the U-20 AFCON from February 18 to March 12, 2023.
Africa will be represented by the top four teams in the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Indonesia.
