Osimhen has scored several goals for Napoli thus far this season, according to Lukaku, who is presently on loan from Chelsea to Inter Milan. Lukaku claimed he must be honest in this regard.
This was mentioned by the Belgian international during an interview with Sky Sport Italia on Sunday.
“Spalletti has done a tremendous job, we have to admit,” Lukaku remarked.
“They have tremendously powerful players [Napoli]. I have attended several of their games. Currently, Napoli are doing well. Zielinski is healthy, Kvara [Kvaratskhelia] is on the left, and Lozano or Politano is on the right. Osimhen scores a lot of goals.
“Osimhen is really powerful. He is now the finest striker. We must be sincere. He is powerful and doing admirably for Napoli. They are in first place overall. We are feared but not out of respect.
Inter will play Napoli in a Serie A match on Wednesday, and Lukaku will look to lead Inter to win.
