FIFA confirms three teams that have qualified for 2026 World Cup. Canada, Mexico, and the United States will all earn automatic bids to the 2026 World Cup, according to FIFA.

The following iteration of the international spectacle will be co-hosted by the three countries.

There will be 48 teams in the tournament’s enlarged field.

Beyond the three hosts, there would be three further spaces available for CONCACAF teams.

Part of a FIFA statement said, “The hosts of the FIFA World Cup 2026, namely Canada, Mexico, and the USA, will qualify automatically for the final round of the competition, with their slots being removed from the overall allotment of six allotted to CONCACAF.”
