Bayer Leverkusen’s forward, Victor Boniface, has once again secured the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month award.
This is the second time the talented Nigeria international has received this honor, with his previous win in August.
In September, the 22-year-old striker was in remarkable form, scoring four goals and providing one assist for Bayer Leverkusen.
Boniface faced tough competition for the award, outperforming contenders like RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons and Maximilian Beier of TSG Hoffenheim to claim this prestigious individual accolade.
His impressive performance also puts him in contention for the Bundesliga Player of the Month award for September.
It’s worth noting that Boniface made his move to Bayer Leverkusen from the Belgian Pro League club, Union St. Gilloise, earlier this summer.
