Silva delivered a superb effort as Brazil defeated Switzerland thanks to a late goal from Casemiro.
Brazil currently has a game in hand and will advance to the round of 16 of the World Cup as a consequence of the outcome.
After Brazil trounced Switzerland, Neville told ITV, “I don’t know how Thiago Silva, at his age, is still driving up that pitch.”
To go in front of your forward constantly in order to try to win it is one of the hardest things you can attempt to do. He is still doing it well into his thirties, which is incredible.
Silva has so far made 111 appearances for Brazil.
