Tinubu’s victory testimony to long-time planning – APC chieftain. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s win in the presidential election, according to Dr. Jide Idris, a former commissioner for health in Lagos State, was the result of his extensive planning.
Idris congratulated Tinubu on his win and said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
He said that Tinubu’s lengthy history of outstanding leadership and mentoring produced the triumph.
Idris asked God to help him lead the nation to new heights.
“What we are seeing is the culmination of years of preparation, strategy, and labor, topped off with God’s mercy.
Congrats to Asiwaju, he added, and may the good Lord keep watching over him as he skillfully steers the ship of our country.
On February 25, Tinubu, the former governor of Lagos State, won the presidential election with 8,805,420 votes, defeating his closest competitors in 12 states.
Peter Obi of the Labour Party received 6,093,962 votes, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party received 6,984,290.
