NPL Playoffs Remo Stars coach, team manager trade words after Sunshine Stars draw. A heated debate erupted between Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede and team manager Yinka Samuel in the tunnel after their draw against Sunshine Stars on Thursday night.
The Sky Blue Stars team manager questioned Ogunmodede for approaching the match official after the end of the duration.
The action didn’t go down well with the gaffer and it led to confrontation between the duo.
It took the intervention of club officials and LOC members to resolve the issue.
Remo Stars were held to a 1-1 draw in the second match of the day.
Samuel Anakwe gave the Ikenne club the lead in the first half before Sunshine Stars restored parity after the break through Emmanuel Gyang.
Remo Stars have drawn all three matches in the competition.
