FIFA WWC Super Falcons to take part in Turkey preparatory tournament. The Super Falcons of Nigeria will compete in a competition in Turkey in April 2023.
The competition will be a component of the team’s training regimen leading up to the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which Australia and New Zealand will co-host.
The Revelation Cup, a four-nation invitational competition, will be played while the Super Falcons are presently in Mexico.
The other two nations that will participate in the competition, which runs from February 15 to 21, are Colombia and Costa Rica.
In their opening match of the competition, Randy Waldrum’s team will face the hosts Mexico on Wednesday night.
In their last five contests, the Super Falcons are winless.
In Group B of the World Cup, the West Africans will compete against Australia, Canada, and the Republic of Ireland.
