The seven-member panel of Justices at the Supreme Court, tasked with adjudicating the petition of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party candidate, Peter Gregory Obi, has been officially revealed.
Contrary to prior speculations, the panel is headed by Justice John Inyang Okoro and includes Uwani Aba-Aji, Lawal Garuba, and Ibrahim Saulawa.
The remaining justices on the panel are Adamu Jauro, Abubakar Tijani, and Emmanuel Akomaye Agim.
Furthermore, the petition of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has been scheduled for determination, and the legal representatives involved in the case have announced their appearances.
