Kanye West Has Been Hit With A Lawsuit Regarding His DONDA 2 Track Flowers. The 1986 house music track “Move Your Body” by Marshall Jefferson is allegedly sampled 22 times in Ye‘s song “Flowers” without authorization, according to claims made by Ultra International Music Publishing LLC.
The lawsuit also claimed that Ye and his representatives discussed the “Move Your Body” sample with Jefferson, but that the negotiations did not result in the license.

This is another another lawsuit involving music that West is dealing with in 2022; in previous May, Texas pastor David Paul Moten claimed that Ye’s “Come to Life,” which is on DONDA, contained a sexually explicit verse.
