Churchill gives Tonto Dikeh 24 hours to retract defamatory posts, threatens lawsuit. Olakunle Churchill has given Tonto Dikeh, his ex-wife and actress, 24 hours to delete any defamatory comments she has made about him or face legal action.

In a legal filing released by his attorneys on Tuesday in connection with their continuing online battle, Olakunle made the threats.

The charge that Churchill is a “fraudster, thief, blackmailer, and negligent father” is one of the accusations, according to his attorney. Because of the simple fact that the romantic relationship between you and our customer ended, false information has been released to damage their reputation.

“To earn money at the cost of our client, you have continually defamed our client and disseminated false information/accusations on the YouTube Platform.”

Remember that Tonto Dikeh criticized Churchill a few days ago on her Instagram page for celebrating their son’s 7th birthday to appear as like they were attempting to be involved in the child’s life.

Since then, the two have engaged in a social media spat in which each side has flooded their sites with evidence against the other.
