2023 Polls Obi, Atiku would go down history as bad losers – Group claims. According to a group operating under the Young Alliance for Tinubu (YAT) banner, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) are both horrible losers based on their recent behavior.

In response to a recent demonstration organized by the PDP against the results of the presidential election, the organization stated that the winning candidate fought hard to earn the support of the populace, not via intimidation and protest.

Bello Bala Shagari, the organization’s national coordinator, said during a news conference in Abuja on Wednesday that no other party in Nigeria organized voters as well as the APC did.

He asserted that Bola Ahmed Tinubu devoted more time and energy into Nigerian politics than any other candidate running for president.

Remember that there has been widespread disapproval of the election outcomes since since the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) named Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner.

Atiku and Obi have filed a lawsuit disputing the election’s results, while Tinubu has been enjoying the celebration of his electoral triumph.

Shagari remarked, “He is a man who in his history has never lost an election,” as if making fun of the competing parties. Why then should it come as a surprise if he defeats an opposition that is clearly split to win the presidency?

The organisation responded to the cashless policy and its effects on the election by stating that although it disagreed with the monetary policies since they restricted the circulation of cash, observers generally agreed that the measure helped to reduce vote buying during the polls.

A clear attempt was made to harm the ruling party by decreasing voter support, but shockingly, Shagari said, it failed miserably in that regard.
