Ilebaye Odiniya, the triumphant winner of Big Brother Naija All Stars, has disclosed her intention to alter her mobile phone number due to her newfound status.
She cited past experiences with friendship betrayals as the reason for her cautious approach to forming friendships.
The Kogi-born model clarified that she didn’t have friends prior to her Big Brother House journey; rather, she maintained connections with people she conversed with. This was primarily due to her history of being let down by those she considered friends.
In a recent conversation with media personality Hero Daniels, Ilebaye expressed, “Before going to the Big Brother House, I didn’t have friends. I just have people who I talk to. But I didn’t have someone I could call a friend. Because I have had a lot of people betray me in the past. So, I cut off friendship. But I’ve people I talk to. However, I haven’t really had time to chat with them since winning the show. I haven’t changed my number. I haven’t gotten in touch with anybody yet. Maybe when I’m done with my media rounds.”
When questioned about whether she plans to change her phone number, the reality star responded, “Yeah, I have to.”
