Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has reportedly joined the All Progressives Congress (APC), after leaving the opposition African Democratic Congress (ADC).
According to reports, Tonto Dikeh will be officially unveiled by the APC National Women Leader, Dr. Mary Alile, at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
Previously, Tonto Dikeh was the deputy governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Rivers State during the 2023 elections. However, she and her running mate, Tonte Ibraye, were defeated in the election by Siminialayi Fubara of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the ruling party in the state.
