Biography
Akindele-Bello Olufunke Ayotunde popularly known as Funke Akindele or Jenifa was born on the 24th day of August 1977 in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State. She is a known Actress and a film producer. She is the CEO of Scene One Film Production. She attended Grace Children School Gbagada, Lagos State. Afterwards, she gained admission to study mass communication at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, formerly Ogun state polytechnic where she got a Certificate for National Diploma and later proceeded to Lagos state university where she obtained a degree in Law. She was first married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede and divorced after a year and later married Abdulrasheed Bello in 2016. They both had twins together.

Early Life & Education
Funke Akindele was born on the 24th day of August 1977 in the Ikorodu area of Lagos. She is the second born out of three of her parents. Her mother is a Doctor whilst the father is a Principal. She attended Grace Children School Gbagada, Lagos State.
Afterwards, she gained admission to study mass communication at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, formerly Ogun state polytechnic where she got a Certificate for National Diploma and later proceeded to Lagos state university where she obtained a degree in Law.
Personal Life
On the 26th day of May 2012, Funke Akindele married Adeola Kehinde Oloyede. They divorced in July 2013, rumor had it that it was irreconcilable differences. In May 2016 Funke Akindele married Nigerian rapper Abdulrasheed Bello known as JJC Skillz in London. In December 2018, Funke Akindele gave birth to twin boys and also has multiple step-children.
Career
Funke Akindele started acting right from secondary school and has performed at different drama clubs and stage plays.
In 1998, Funke Akindele joined the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood officially and started attending movie auditions and acting as a minor character in movies.
Funke Akindele in the cause of her acting career has acted in more than 200 Nollywood movies. Some of the movies she has acted in include Jenifa, Anointed Liars, Blood is Money, A Trip to Jamaica, Ladies Gang, Jenifa’s Diary, Final Whistle, Atlanta, Pretty Liars, New Horizons, Blood is Money, Omo Ghetto, Aje Meta, Agbara Ife, Maami e.t.c

In 2014, Funke Akindele produced a popular television series “Jenifa’s Diary” which is currently trending on television and serves as a comedy.
