May he burn in hell – Charly Boy’s reaction to Simon Ekpa’s arrest. The arrest of Simon Ekpa, a self-described follower of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has prompted a response from Nigerian artist Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, also known as Charly Boy.

Ekpa, who predicted there would be no elections in the South East, was allegedly detained on Thursday by Finnish authorities.

“May you burn in Hell for all the youths you have caused to die prematurely.”
