Dušan Tadić was born on 20 November 1988 in Backa Topola, Serbia to the family of Marija Tadic and Petar Tadic. Dusan is currently Thirty-four years. Dusan is a Serbian professional footballer. He plays the role of a forwarder or attacking midfielder and as well captains both Eredivisie club Ajax and the Serbia national team.

Tadić grew up in his hometown Bačka Topola Serbia. He started playing as a youth at his hometown club AIK Backa Topola and Vojvodina, eventually playing in the UEFA Europa League with the latter.
In 2012, After two seasons with Groningen he joined Twente where he earned a move to Southampton of the Premier League.
In 2018, After spending a period of four years in England, he returned to the Netherlands and joined Ajax.

Career

Dusan signed his first contract with one of Serbia’s most popular football clubs Vojvodina. He played his first match in the 2006-2007 Meridian Super Liga, at the age of 18. He played for almost four seasons for the club and got the opportunity to play against top teams like Atletico Madrid.

In 2008, Dusan represented Serbia Summer Olympics.

In the 2009-2010 UEFA Europa League qualifying phase, he scored a goal against Austria Wien. At the end of the season, he found himself lucky by playing for FC Groningen.

In the following season (2010-2011), he got a European award for the third highest assists in Europe in that particular season. He played for the club between 2010 and 2012.
