Tonight at the Estadio Jose Alvalade in Lisbon, a friendly match between the Selecao and the West Africans will test both teams’ strength.
The former European champions will play the Black Stars of Ghana in their opening match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar the week after this friendly.
Santos believed that the Super Eagles had good and quick players.
“There is this matrix in respect to the African continent, such as Ghana. Prior to the game, Santos informed reporters that Nigeria and Ghana had a connection.
They take use of speed and have very quick players. They have a lot of talent. I’m not sure how Nigeria will play, although they often use a 4-4-2 formation, whereas Ghana frequently uses a 4-3-3.
