EPL Fernandes finally responds to Ronaldo’s interview with Morgan, handshake incident in Portugal’s dressing room. Bruno Fernandes, a star for Manchester United, responded evasively to Cristiano Ronaldo’s explosive interview with Piers Morgan.
Fernandes also discussed their famous handshake from the Portugal locker room, which went viral recently.
In a recent interview with Morgan Uncensored, Ronaldo took aim at a number of people, including Man United, the Glazer family, their manager, Erik ten Hag, and former colleagues Wayne Rooney and Gary Neville.
Fernandes responded to a question from Sky Sports on the handshake incident and Ronaldo’s comments by saying, “I didn’t read the interview.
“As I already stated, it is now the national team. It’s Portugal. The coach stressed that it is up to us. When I joined the national team in 2017, he brought up that issue.
That’s still obvious. The national team is the most important thing in his opinion. We must keep the World Cup front and center.
Cristiano [Ronaldo] has performed well by participating in five World Cups; this one will be his fifth appearance. Everyone is prepared for that and is thinking positively about the squad.
He said, “I was watching one of the programs that reported it was chilly and nasty,” in reference to the handshake.
The national team provided them video with sound during a commercial break, and the sound showed that he was making fun of me.
