Real-World Multiplayer Game “Squid Game” Will Debut In The US And The UK. A multiplayer real-world Squid Game has been created by Netflix and the interactive gaming startup Immersive Gamebox, and it will debut this September in the US and the UK.
Variety reported on August 1 that the two businesses had worked together on a game that was based on the popular South Korean show. Red Light, Green Light, Glass Bridge, and the eponymous “Squid Game” are just a few of the tasks that two to six players will be able to take on in the future in-person game.
Immersive Motion-sensing and touchscreen technology will be used by Gamebox in digital smart rooms to simulate being in a game. Compared to the first series, losing this Squid Game merely results in a virtual loss, therefore the repercussions are considerably less severe.

Squid Game recently created history when it was nominated for numerous Primetime Emmy Awards, which will be held on September 12. The first non-English program to be nominated for Outstanding Drama Series is Squid Game, which is up for 14 major and minor prizes, including that one.
Model-turned-actress Jung Ho-yeon is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, while the series’ lead actor Lee Jung-jae is up for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
In reaction to the Squid Game nomination, Lee commented, “It is a huge pleasure to be nominated among these brilliant actors. The actor also expressed his gratitude to the show’s creators and viewers.
